Shanta and Ann Bulkin have been owners of Shanta Design|Build since 1974. They now share ownership with their younger son Krishna, expanding and reinforcing the family dedication to client satisfaction and the Shanta Design|Build mission.

Shanta Design|Build is committed to designing and building the highest quality remodeling and construction projects and maintaining its reputation as one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s top design/build firms through:

1. Creating complete customer satisfaction by making the design/build process enjoyable for clients;
2. Using the best design and craftspeople in the building industry to ensure that our projects are beautiful and well executed with the highest levels of workmanship and materials;
